Very poor performance for me (again), especially in the first half. I thought Everton were there for the taking.

Pope 7-Couple of good saves and safe handling but please change your studs Nick.
Bardsley 7-Solid game and tackle on Coleman emphasises what Bards is all about.
Taylor 6-In and out sort of game for me. If McNeil is to continue I think Charlie needs to give him more protection.
Mee 9*-Thought he was magnificent and deserved MOM
Tarkowski 8-Like Mee, we are blessed with a good CD and indeed back 5. Its the engine room that concerns me.
Brady 4-How many more chances are they going to give this guy?
McNeil 4-Others have said it and I agree, McNeil needs a rest, he looks physically and mentally drained and has for a while in all fairness.
Westwood 6-Average sort of game by Ashley's standards, can't fault his work rate.
Cork 6-Same as Westwood.
Wood 7-Ran the lines well and was our best outlet but let down by mid 4 and strike partner.
Rodriguez 4-I was clamoring for Jayrod to start but he missed his chance. Plenty of running but mainly up 'blind alleys'.

Tactics and substitutions 1. Long up front one of the most desperate and pointless moves I have seen. From any manager. Ever.
Stuart Pearce putting David James upfront still sh!ts all over it though ;)
