Here's what I don't understand:

They have clearly adapted their shape to counter our hoof ball stuff. Why aren't we then trying something different?

Also they have had a third of our total shots on target in December in this one game.

The lads need a complete bollocking at half time. Then the board need to get the cheque book out, we need competition in the middle, having Drinkwater was a waste of time and money. We need our own players pushing to play to increase the standards in the middle. Cork and Westwood aren’t crap players, but there’s no pressure on them to perform

That came from Cork getting pushed off a 90/10 ball....

All those who’ve defended Cork this week need to give their head a wobble. He’s awful.

Well at least I don't need to bother watching the second half.

Get ready for the Championship. We're the worst team in this division by a country mile and worse than half a dozen Championship sides, based on our performances this season.

Awful from Cork, no pressure on Grealish. This is a total mess.
Let’s see what Dyche can do at half time eh.

December/this game should have been an absolute ******* walk.

Instead, we're walking towards relegation.

Remember he was picked by all those different managers at Swansea and Southampton though.

And we once finished 7th and played in the Europa League.

The starting 11 is basically the same very week regardless of results or performances. Mee, Tarkowski, Cork, Wood and Barnes need to give back their wages based on this crap.

If he does anything, that's almost a reason to sack him. If there's something that can be done but he never dies it until the game's gone, what sort of a manager is he?

This is men against boys, we look short of pace, effort and ability. I'm normally the first to pioneer the "We're in a league above what we deserve and should be greatful" routine, but this is just shocking. I don't think an incredible comeback and us winning 3-2 in the second half would help us forget how trully dreadful we've played this half. Embarrassing.

This is a repeat of the 1st half Sheff Utd nightmare,no desire,no quality on the ball, and even the back 4 is all over the shop.I'll bet Villa can't believe how easy it's been to stroll through our spineless midfield.

Even commentators are making jokes about our lack of transfer funds. Villa100 % deserve to be at least 2 up. What is really worrying is how easy it has been for Villa. Well I guess we are gonna see if our board are serious about staying in the prem

Can someone explain why our shot outside the box was offside? Two players offside weren't interfering or blocking view or anything.
