Tempers are running high.
As the title suggests tempers are running high, fans are rightly voicing an opinion and discontent. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves with angry arguments, silly comments and he said this she said that 16 weeks ago in the bogs at Southampton.
We lost, it wasn’t good enough but let’s not all be idiots for the next few hours.

Indeed let’s get behind us playing Posh and some confidence in playing football.

I hope not, it’s a calming thread not inflammatory.

What the hell do you think a footy forum is for if its not for silly comments, angry arguments and having a good old moan. Better this than them going home and giving the dog a good kickin

You’re not wrong but some of the stuff on here today has been awful. We need some new resolutions.Devils_Advocate wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2020 3:56 pmWhat the hell do you think a footy forum is for if its not for silly comments, angry arguments and having a good old moan. Re: Tempers are running high.
We will be well beaten by Peterborough. That will be a good thing in the circumstances. We need clarity of thought to make some big decisions quickly. How many points can we realistically obtain from the next five games? Does none sound about right?

Doubt many of today's players will be starting Sat - in case we loseDanieljwaterhouse wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2020 3:56 pmIndeed let’s get behind us playing Posh and some confidence in playing football.

Re: Tempers are running high.
I hope that we try a change of shape, bring in the squad players and get the win.
Re: Tempers are running high.
Given that in recent seasons we've been knocked out of cup competitions by the likes of Accrington Stanley and Lincoln City, I'm not getting to excited by a cup game against Peterborough.
That said, putting things in a wider perspective I haven't forgotten Fourth Division fixtures against Peterborough, Mansfield Town and Darlington, therefore welcoming the likes of Man City, Chelski and Scousepool to the Turf still gives a buzz.
Watford and Southampton seem to be finding form but I'm hopeful that there remain three or four poorer teams than us in the Premiership

Re: Tempers are running high.
Villa are poorer than us most of the time. Today we made them look decent. We had to drop our standard a lot to do so but we were that bad they looked better than decent in the 1st half. The halftime changes helped as did then trying to defend a bit more but whilst we pressed and huffed and puffed a lot they always looked dangerous on the counter.
Re: Tempers are running high.
They should of had 4 minimum
