Yes. It's excellent drama. The first series was a hard act to follow, but this is arguably better.

In that first series, I recall the lad playing the son wearing the Burnley shirt in a scene where he'd been training.

The first series, her son Joe (the guy that's been set up with his girlfriend) was playing for a team against a Bolton team. The team were in the Burnley strip complete with badge and sponsor.

Yes I spotted the Cooke shirt too. The lad has been in a few other North West based dramas over the years - The Bay, Waterloo Road - so may well be local and a claret.

Great TV program. Not quite sure of the job of Adrian Edmondson's character though, doesn't seem to be doing much work apart from annoying his boss.

Bloody hell, that's nearly as exciting as watching the ball roll back down the Bob Lord stand roof and nearly hit someone. :D

Nothing is more exciting than watching the ball roll back down the Bob Lord stand at the moment, certainly more exciting than what's going on on the pitch

He's good is Ade, stars in Eastenders at 7.30/8.00p.m. then does a quick change of clothes for Bancroft at 9:00.

I didn't watch the first series but watched this and quite like it. It's just so far-fetched it's almost a parody of a good police drama (Line of Duty) and it's real edge of the seat stuff waiting for how ridiculous it's going to get.

Can he play centre midfield?
