Coming today from Scotland
There are 7 of us travelling today to the game from Saltcoats, Ayrshire.
I have supported Burnley since the Waddle season and manage to get to 5-10 games a year.
Well for Xmas I am taking 6 of my closest friends and family on a day out and they don’t actually know at this point where they are going. All they know is to meet at the station at 7am.
Here is hoping they won’t be too disappointed when they find out and we have a good day out.

Re: Coming today from Scotland
Electric brae is interesting on a clear day. The Robert Burns stuff in Ayr/Alloway is well worth a visit. Lots to do even a trip to Arran if you get the weather.cricketfieldclarets wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 11:11 amOn a separate note off to ayrshire in february. Any tips ona separate thread welcome. If you don’t I’ll meet you for a pint and discuss all things Burnley

Re: Coming today from Scotland
I’ve Noticed today that the train prices for the next few weeks have dropped from what I had seen earlier in the season in getting a return for around £30 so looks like I’ll get to more games as it saves the hassle of driving and means I can get a couple bene and hots

There’s a guy next to me on train every week from Scotland. Has a season ticket. I think I remember him saying he doesn’t even have any affiliation to the town. Love stories and dedication like that.ayrshireclaret83 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 05, 2020 10:06 pmPossibly however I’ve met a fair few of us over the years on the train
