Coming today from Scotland

Post by ayrshireclaret83 » Sat Jan 04, 2020 6:10 am

There are 7 of us travelling today to the game from Saltcoats, Ayrshire.

I have supported Burnley since the Waddle season and manage to get to 5-10 games a year.

Well for Xmas I am taking 6 of my closest friends and family on a day out and they don’t actually know at this point where they are going. All they know is to meet at the station at 7am.

Here is hoping they won’t be too disappointed when they find out and we have a good day out.

Safe journey ayrshireclaret83. I've a feeling your going to see some proper football today. Let's hope it's a good game and you all enjoy your day.

Electric brae is interesting on a clear day. The Robert Burns stuff in Ayr/Alloway is well worth a visit. Lots to do even a trip to Arran if you get the weather.

If you don’t I’ll meet you for a pint and discuss all things Burnley

I’ve Noticed today that the train prices for the next few weeks have dropped from what I had seen earlier in the season in getting a return for around £30 so looks like I’ll get to more games as it saves the hassle of driving and means I can get a couple bene and hots :D
