Today's programme

Post by lakedistrictclaret » Sat Jan 04, 2020 6:48 pm

Great that the club issued a programme today with a retro cover. A number of clubs have done this ( Villa, Everton, WBA ) and I think it's an excellent idea.

Pity they started with a programme from a relegation season, though.

They did it for the League Cup game too and the Barnsley FA Cup game last season

How much more interesting they are than the current front cover. They got proper impact.

Cover for league games this season is not good at all. Other clubs do retro front covers but stick to the originals where we are trying to update them. Maybe sticking to the originals would be good.

Like that idea. Don’t buy them anymore generally as they are annoying when watching match and if wet. The one thing we are very good at though is programmes which are very good quality.
