Out on loan?

I see a fair number of the U23s have got loans out. Can they still play for the U23s in competitions, or can we recall them at any time?

I am sure that I read somewhere that their can be agreements that they can play with the 23's when the team that they are on loan at agreement playing.

This may well just be an isolated incident as he is playing at the same location the 23's do ?

Those on loan at Football League clubs obviously wont he playing for us as well
