MU vs MC on tonight @ 8pm.

It'll hopefully be feisty affair and a good game!

And instead of both away clubs getting 10% of capacity, City have only got 3000 tonight and Utd 2800 for the 2nd leg.

The fan groups from both clubs complaining that the home tickets have been on gemeral sale so City fans will be in home end and vice versa Utd fans at The Etihad... they hope theres no trouble......

This is why Pep is regarded as the best in the business.

Caught out by the Counter attack with Uniteds pace the last time they met.
Changes system to stop that leaving his star centre forwards on the bench. Plays United off the park.

City utilising a ???? formation

I think its 4-2-4-0
Could be 4-2-3.5-0.5
Or 4-3/4-2/3/4-0/1/2

Either way, OGS hasn't figured it out either. Man U all over the place. Strikers are obviously overrated

As good as citeh have been, Man U have been shite. Lingard, Jones and Pereira not fit to be in the same postcode, let alone the same pitch as their opposites

Always good to see Sterling fluff a few chances though.

To be fair, Jones didn’t start in the game against us. That’s worth a 2 goal lead.

The BBC "Player rater" will be interesting viewing. (In fact it's already running and no United player is as high as 4/10. Jones is lowest at 2.36, Lingard at 2.37 just pipping him; brutal.

Used to have a soft spot for City, until they became Citeh, and epitomise everything bad about what money has done to our game.
But admit I'm loving how they rub the red bits noses deeply in the dirt these days. :)

Would rather United get a goal back and are still in the tie, given we play them the week before the return leg. With a week inbetween fixtures, probably wouldn’t make a difference, but I can hope!

Only 2 references to Burnley in this thread which is an improvement on last nights footie one.

City were a different class tonight, great side to watch when they get passing and overloading.

Colleague (season ticket holder) kept getting emails off United offering more and more tickets for the game , very unusual for United not to sell out. Think GMP restricted away allocations for both legs.
