Mings

Played well against us, playing well against Leicester.

Seems to suit him being the centre of a back three.

Was just going to post-ABSOLUTELY AWESOME tonight. Southgate watching-has to be one of the best defensive displays of the season. Their young keeper is playing a blinder too

Look at the organisation skills-bellowing out instructions to the players around him. A leader despite not being captain. How did Eddie let him go

Was gutted he had to return from injury against us. We’d have won that game 100% without him playing. Met him and told him after the game. He’s also an absolute unit.

He had a lot of injuries at Bournemouth and never really got going. A bit like Gibson for us I guess.

He doesn't wanna buy a house in the midlands.

Either he thinks Villa are going down or it's just a stop gap to a London club.

Wot u reckon?

Eddie signed Trippier Mee Mings and Shackell for a combined £8-9m.

It’s a pity he either didn’t play them, played them in the wrong position or didn’t know how to develop them.
All these players only realised their potential under subsequent managers.

Wasn't he a right back when he was signed from Ipswich?
