WELLS SCOES AGAIN
His 13th of the season-and a realpoachers goal. Must have something in his locker
How come they have got him for a second season FREE on loan other than a share of his wages.Who negotiated that one

Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
Only scored 7 last year for them so at the time I guess we were thankful for them to pick up a chunk of his wage for another year
Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
Yep must be our fault....irrespective of whether they have no money and said that’s all they can afford and no other clubs were interested in Wells.warksclaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 1:59 pmHis 13th of the season-and a realpoachers goal. Must have something in his locker

That's his level, he'll do well there. Put him in the PL, wouldn't get a kick.

Maybe it is his level. We might need it next season at this rate.ElectroClaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 2:53 pmThat's his level, he'll do well there. Put him in the PL, wouldn't get a kick.

Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
Looks like the championship could well be our level next season
Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
Cant keep paying these sorts of wages I'm afraid
Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
What a baffling signing, we signed an injured player for an inflated fee to cover a potential injury. Probably £8m-10m threw down the drain when he leaves for free in the summer.

Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
Good to get some more comments about players that we have wasted money on.
We must be the only team ever to make mistakes with signings.

Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
He might have scored (a tap in for what it was worth) but that aside (having watched this game) he was absolutely atrocious and so far from premier league quality.
Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
He has come out and said Burnley have a years option on him. I hope he keeps scoring and we might just make our money back over the summer.

Re: WELLS SCOES AGAIN
If he goes on to score 20-odd goals it won't mean a thing. We have a 20-odd goal Championship striker but Dyche won't use him, nothing to assume he would use Wells either.warksclaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 1:59 pmHis 13th of the season-and a realpoachers goal. Must have something in his locker
