24hrs in police custody Murder in the woods
Fantastic insight into police work this and a pretty horrendous murder of a young kid by his two mates,....my question is when ever they show the accused in a cell why is the toilet always pixelated out ?

Good programme and a particularly good episode. I presume it’s so the inmate has a certain amount of privacy when going about their business.

Interesting that one of them asks his solicitor something along the lines of, "How long do you get for murder?" - he might as well have just looked at the camera and admitted it!

The second one arrested wanted to take the entire police force on as they arrested him,a day later he was singing like a baby and bawling his eyes out...27 years before parole would be considered..fantastic sentenceFactualFrank wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 3:49 pmInteresting that one of them asks his solicitor something along the lines of, "How long do you get for murder?" - he might as well have just looked at the camera and admitted it!

Yeah I thought that when it showed the sentence at the end. Was it 2047 that it showed? Blimey.
Not sure how old they are, but imagine they'll be close to their 50s by the time they're considered.

There’s no consistency though, that’s what pisses me off, I think that’s a great sentence but you see people get 8 years for stamping all over someone’s head and killing them ‘by mistake’

My guess would be that the 24-hour surveillance camera that the police keep in the cell has that bit permanently pixelated out for prisoner privacy.

Armitage Shanks wouldn’t pay the subliminal advertising fee.
More importantly on Homes Under The Hammer why do they make them wear gaffer tape over any logos on their jumpers? I’ve never sat watching thinking I have to have one of them.
I might start walking round with gaffer tape on me to see if folk ask if I’ve been on the show.

One of the best factual programmes on TV at the moment.
