not a big fan of crouch and his recent prominence as footballs "jack the lad" but he seems a decent enough type.
totally believable though, I reckon he did genuinely admire sean dyche, and that respect is nice to see.

He also said recently he felt humiliated and like a head on a stick just coming on for the last 10 mins for us to hoof the ball to him. That was why he retired although did not just happen to him at Burnley.
