Could I ask you guys for help,I'm getting advertisements for Tik Tok and Glasgow memory clinic popping up on my phone just randomly as I'm browsing the full page slides to the left and a full page ad loads up it's doing my head in...please help

My GP recently referred me to a memory clinic.

I forgot to go.

He wasn’t amused and I finally got there.
