So the nbc annoucers said that var could look at mee's "handball"?

Was listening to post match commentary on nbc. Said that var could look into a mee handball? Not sure what that means. What can they do?

It's NBC. They said at the time VAR would look at it but there wasn't another mention. When looking at the slow-motion though it certainly hit Ben's arm which was by his side but he did lean right into it! Phew! If it was the other way round I'd certainly have been after a pen.

The one thing they should have looked at was the foul before the Leicester goal. It’s strange how they managed to do that in the last minute of the reverse fixture to cancel a perfectly good goal.....

I could be wrong, but I think they were saying that they still hoped to find out *whether* VAR had reviewed it at the time it happened.

Ref didn’t give it. Even if var looked it was not a clear and obvious error. And we WON so nothing else matters
