If somebody comes in and starts being offensive then surely the post should be deleted not the thread and the poster warned or banned.
Since the phrase used was 'diversity targets' ( as in the Sunday Telegraph yesterday) regarding issues of representation verses merit, I cannot see what is wrong with the thread nor any of my comments.
