Another tiresome ticket system thread

Post by steve1264b » Mon Jan 20, 2020 1:55 pm

HI Season ticket holder but a bit late to buy norwich tickets.

I want my normal two, they are available, i click on both but only one goes into the basket.

Ive got the other as friends etc, how do i get both at the same time?

You need to select both seats and then assign one of them to whoever is in your friends and family

I struggled with this getting tickets for myself & dad for the Sunderland game (maybe i should have used that as a forewarning  )

I ended up having to login under both accounts and ordering each separately

I've just done it. Logged on, selected two seats together and then assigned them to people in my friends and family.

Phew... not just me then!

I tried ordering mine for Saturday, but it wouldn't process the payment details.

Looks like there's a problem with the system... for now at least.

I couldn't get it to accept my change of bank card last week.

Allowed me to put all the details in before telling me my Debit Card wasn't a Debit Card.

Ended up going to the Ticket office, the girl said 'It should be okay now you've used it'.

Well intended but I've been using it since October and bought the Peterborough game with it.

Hopefully it will be resolved before the 5th round

The old fashioned idea of paying cash for any transaction....perfect!

Still down!

I tried ordering over the phone instead, but was then told there'd be an extra £1.60 added to the price!

I refused, so was told to ring the ticket office direct, where I was told they couldn't do anything!

If I can still be bothered to go, I'll buy a ticket on the day, which would mean I'll have to set off earlier.

Absolute joke!

I didn't have much luck either .I'm a season ticket holder , missed the deadline but my seat was still available so I clicked on it and all appeared well until I checked the basket and found that I'd been given another seat a long way from where I sit .So I emptied the basket and tried again from scratch.Same seat allocated again...so I left it and tried again the following day...same result but a completely different seat allocated again...so that's two different seats .when my ST seat was still available.I sent an e-mail and it was sorted in no time and , moreover , they've ensured access using my ST pass but this has happened before .Time they leaned on their IT managers

Maybe they could utilise this transfer window and recruit a better IT guy who could also play centre midfield.

Two for one and save some hard earned dosh.

I had exactly the same issue before Xmas and the debit card had been in use since June with no issues.
Mine is a Barclays debit card, if yours is too JohnMac, could be an issue with this card provider.
I'm fortunate I have a credit card I could use, but not everyone has this or would be prepared to mess about.

Very frustrating when you try to give the club some business
