Yes before our goal.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 1:28 amstill not sure what you are referring to tbh - his chance in the first half ?
Same move a goal later.
Check the highlights.
Looks handball to me. = Pen
Re: Wood "header" - did he? or was it hand ball?
Was certainly spent when Fred slipped in box and deliberately handled.

don't forget, VAR doesn't give handball if you are a defender but good forbid someone bangs the ball against you from 2 inches as a striker.......HunterST_BFC wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 1:35 amYes before our goal.

If Wood had claimed this - it goes to VARVegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 1:47 amdon't forget, VAR doesn't give handball if you are a defender but good forbid someone bangs the ball against you from 2 inches as a striker.......
The arm takes it away from his head - Wood has his eyes shut.
Defenders arm puts it out for a ... erm goal kick.
It's clear to see from both replay angles.
It never touched Wood ... so why no appeal for at least the corner?
Goal kick was not even the second choice...

not seen it, they didn't show it on a replay over here so hard for me to comment unfortunately - however, they showed the goalsHunterST_BFC wrote: ↑Thu Jan 23, 2020 1:59 amIf Wood had claimed this - it goes to VAR

Also mentioned above Fred handled the ball in their box when he fell over. No review.

This one...?
I dont think it hit his arm to be fair.
you can watch on BBC iPlayer to check... https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m ... 0-22012020

Definitely not clear and obvious and until this thread I never even questioned anything other than a goal kick. Still think it it Wood's head it comes off.
Also the Fred one was never a penalty either.
Who cares though? Just be happy for once

Maguire was out of his depth last night.
Leicester played a blinder in building him up and then moving him on.
