don't forget, VAR doesn't give handball if you are a defender but good forbid someone bangs the ball against you from 2 inches as a striker.......

If Wood had claimed this - it goes to VAR
The arm takes it away from his head - Wood has his eyes shut.
Defenders arm puts it out for a ... erm goal kick.

It's clear to see from both replay angles.
It never touched Wood ... so why no appeal for at least the corner?

Goal kick was not even the second choice...

not seen it, they didn't show it on a replay over here so hard for me to comment unfortunately - however, they showed the goals :D

Definitely not clear and obvious and until this thread I never even questioned anything other than a goal kick. Still think it it Wood's head it comes off.

Also the Fred one was never a penalty either.

Who cares though? Just be happy for once :D
