Clean Sheets

Post by Down_Rover » Thu Jan 23, 2020 2:46 pm

I believe I am right in saying that we have scored first in 8 league games this season and, on each occasion, have gone on to keep a clean sheet.

I also believe that no other premier league team has kept more clean sheets than us

Remarkable, we just need to score first

Shows how good Sunderland and Peterborough are, as the stat falls down in cup games

Although not a clean sheet I said as soon as we went ahead against leicester we would win. As it was a training session for us after that. That's exactly the sort of thing we must practice every day in training. Attack against defence.

ha. Just recalled that we lost leads in Draws at Wolves and Leicester, ignoring Evans cheating

We have conceded more than average but no idea re clean sheets
Most teams have leaked fewer than our 38-even 2 of the bottom 3
