Quick question; bought my Norwich tickets yesterday using the online system.

Will they be automatically loaded onto my card or will it be a case of needing to pick up paper copies prior to the match?

When booking online you should receive a confirmation email.
That email will contain a table detailing your purchase. Check the column headed "fulfilment".
If it says "Smartcard Activation" then access is on your card.

If your log in is linked to your Claret’s number should be your card.

Surely you have an email infirming you of either 'Smart card activation' or 'collect tickets from collection point' ?????
