Rubbish collections

Post by Belgianclaret » Sat Jan 25, 2020 6:12 pm

In my town in Belgium, rubbish is collected twice a week, once for general rubbish and a second time for plastics & metals. There are also separate collections of paper & cartons, so I'm pretty happy with our communal disposal services.

I was wondering, are you also satisfied with the rubbish collection at your place? ;)

We have 3 rubbish collections each week. First for general waste, second for glass and plastics, third is for cardboard and paper.

Poor when it was run by the council, poor now it’s run privately.

No one will remember how poor it was run before it was privatised though, so they will hanker after the good old days.
