Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
So can somebody confirm, have the tickets sold out? There is nothing on the club website to advise, unless I've missed it?
Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
There is a well hidden article on the website stating the current situation. I had to click on the ‘view more’ tab at least twice to find it.

Exactly, did the club honestly think that by keeping the allocation a secret nobody would twig that we took a reduced amount When you sell out in a day and a half it kind of gives the game away.

Bizarrely, I ordered Newcastle tickets on Monday and Southampton tickets yesterday for me and my lad - the Southampton tickets turned up today but so sign of the Newcastle ones. Very odd!

Pity that with over 3 weeks to go that we couldn't have taken more tickets. Accy Clarets are now getting cancellations from people who haven't managed to get tickets.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 11:22 amI would guess they only got another 500 or so.

Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Is the requirement to give away fans seats at pitchside level not applicable to Newcastle permanently or have they just been given a few years to make alternative arrangements?

Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Not been given a few years, been given permission to leave the away fans where they are. They used the Safety Advisory Group and Police to support them. So, not applicable to Newcastle at all on safety grounds.JohnDearyMe wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 1:31 pmIs the requirement to give away fans seats at pitchside level not applicable to Newcastle permanently or have they just been given a few years to make alternative arrangements?

Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Yeah, hopefully.
We're going with Accy Clarets and there are places available with them now because
of the shortage of match tickets. Not so sure I would like to rely on trains TBH.
Give me a shout if you do elect to go with them and I'll pick you up and take you
down to The Turf if you want. No problem.
Hope we can make it to our seats without the need for a defibrillator.

Cheers for the offer but 5 of us are going on the 8.20 train. Booked a few week back for 31 quid.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 1:58 pmYeah, hopefully.

Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
We probably took 1k first then asked for 500 more knowing us......Gutted I've missed out its a ground I've never been to, one of only about 10 I've not done was looking forward to this because it was on a weekend and I can only do weekend's away not midweek. I go with my son but he's only got 3850 points so have to wait until it drops to 2000......Can't leave him behind.

Re: 2019/20: Newcastle United v Burnley – Ticket Information
I know it's not the best option but Newcastle had reasonable corporate tickets going for 90 quid each. Didn't seem that formal.ClaretMov wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 4:40 pmWe probably took 1k first then asked for 500 more knowing us......Gutted I've missed out its a ground I've never been to, one of only about 10 I've not done was looking forward to this because it was on a weekend and I can only do weekend's away not midweek. I’m sure your son wouldn’t have minded, there was times when I was a kid and my dad couldn’t get me a ticket, I just accepted it.
