Re: Brownhill having medical
Having the medical and passing it just means that the club and player, and his agent, will sit down and negotiate his deal, making sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed. Most things in contracts are common to almost all contracts but each individual may have things they want, or don't want, in their bonus scheme or guaranteed add-ons

Re: Brownhill having medical
If everything was agreed last night then it would just be down to the medical but that takes a few hours.

If His Heads been turned...he'll fail the medical. Could be painful all round.
Re: Brownhill having medical
I read it that the fee was agreed last night, in which case there would still be lots to sort out.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 5:26 pmIf everything was agreed last night then it would just be down to the medical but that takes a few hours.

Re: Brownhill having medical
Brownhill's wiki page
Joshua Brownhill (born 19 December 1995) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for Burnley after turning down West Ham by laughing David Moyes in the face and then dropkicking a tree like the Kung fu master he is. Brownhill, while watching the highlights of Burnley’s 3-0 demolishing of West Ham, laughed intimately hugging Sean Dyche and repeating ‘I’m coming home’

More like wishful thinking from BOYSIE. What is he going to moan about for the next six months if we have a good window?

Just landed home from work from the Manchester Institute. Josh Brownhill has failed his medical and was sent home in tears. Not sure why ...
In other news, I have recently heard that Bristol has been named the Cocaine capital of Europe....

Re: Brownhill having medical
I once had a very small role, in a very small transfer, and the paperwork took all day, solicitors, agents, FA, club officials on both sides, internal press etc etc, factor in a medical, travelling... It's a long day, and night.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2020 5:45 pmThey’ve usually virtually got there through the agent so I wouldn’t expect too much of a delay.

I don't know what's funnier you keeping a screenshot just in case or you getting that excited to scroll through your phone gallery to put a screenshot you've kept for 6 months on a forum.

Re: Brownhill having medical
Unsure on quality of source, but Brownhill apparently to be given number 8 shirt. Maybe from someone who's seen/heard of the pictures being taken before he's unveiled.

Never been directly involved but I know the whole thing can be very long.
Re: Brownhill having medical
Chris Boden knows absolutely nothing about any aspect of BFC. Well, nothing that everybody else doesn't already know.
Not knocking him really, he's got a very comfortable gig going on, but if you want some actual information, best to look elsewhere.
