I did suggest, given I’m in Manchester for a meeting, that I might pay another visit to our place of joy from last week. They’ve even thanked us for visiting.

I hope nobody saw you taking those photos Tony, they will have assumed you were a star-struck United supporting football tourist, probably from somewhere like Dorset or Finland.

There were so many tourists outside it was untrue and you could even buy half and half scarves. Amazing number of people hovering around. It was very clear that one person outside the ground was a Burnley fan.
