Not all 17.4 need it explained, most but not all. Well that first cheque for £350m will be on its way to the NHS next week, no need to worry about France stopping the sale of British Steel, no more immigrants and ECJ rulings. You can mumble No Surrender and Rule Britannia to your hearts content.

Re: HAPPY BREXIT DAY EVERYONE!
Tiny example of the ridiculous bureaucracy of EU - having to swap each British Standard document (used for all engineering design) for multiple & awkwardly worded Euro standards. Definitions & symbols changed & even the decimal point altered to a comma!!!
Cost thousands to consultants in purchasing new documents & training to bring us all in line with infantile German Engineering - Goodbye to all that. Perhaps we can now concentrate on pushing our own interests to the fore. Have faith in our own ability & prosperity.

Leave voters just don't like to admit the fact that they are much less intelligent than remain voters.
Or that they believed blatant lies written on a bus.
Who can blame them? I certainly wouldn't want to face up to the fact I'd been made a fool out of.

Trade deals are hardly rocket science, despite what you feeble minded folk have been led to believe. The templates are already in place - all that has to be done is to agree on whether/how any of the clauses are to be changed.

Exactly, all the preliminary discussions have already taken place & provisionally agreed in principle, I think some people think within the last four years they've sat around a table & no one has spoken, complete silence has taken place, right now regarding the trade deals certain aspects will need tweaking & that's all.jackmiggins wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2020 9:59 amTrade deals are hardly rocket science, despite what you feeble minded folk have been led to believe. Very true - the second Berlin Wall has already started to topple. This will give other members the impetus to jump much more quickly than they would have done anyway. Germany’s pension fund is looking to be in an extremely precarious position - about time.

Absolutely I did! If you're so interested in my posts and the times I made them. You should have noticed I made my last one at precisely, 19.16 on friday evening. Started watching and enjoying the celebrations on tv around 10ish. No big party in McCartney Towers , just a quiet feeling of satisfaction as me and the Mrs shared a bottle of wine. Oh dear, sounds to me like we won't be leaving on 29th March after all.
What does Theresa May say, we leave with a deal, leave with no deal or don't leave at all.
May can't get a deal, no deal will be voted down so that only leaves one option, we won't be leaving, like I've always said.
The intelligent will fix the mistakes of the stupid.
I hope all you Leave voters are ready to storm Parliament (if you can find your way/the money to get to London).
We've left.
And Brexiteers did find their way/the money to get to london on friday didn't they!

I love the whole idea that Wrongo is somehow on here every day pwning the people who disagree with him over his Brexit fantasies.
The fact is we've been drinking our delicious victory glasses of remain champagne every night since March 29th while the cheap, nasty, celebratory bottle of White Lightning for the Leavers still sits, unopened in the pantry, as lonely and unloved as Theresa May.
Just remember, there hasn't been a Brexit and there won't be a Brexit because it is as it always was, the intelligent will fix the mistake of the stupid.
Just how stupid do you sound now!?
The closest thing you'll get to "drinking our delicious victory glasses of remain champagne " is sour grapes!!

Obviously; the 'experts' who voted remain have lost credibility amongst the majority that voted leave, and the 'experts' who voted leave are obviously more in tune with that majority and, thetefore, have more credibility. Of course, time will prove the leavers right so stop bellyaching and get with the programme.

Er, yes I did, you dummy. You conveniently forgot to mention your ban because of your use of homophobic language on here, being a hypocrite, coward or both. I've corrected your error by pointing your omission out. You might not like it but other posters and the mods didn't like your attitude towards homosexuality either.
I love the fact that you're still smarting about the ban - "being silenced" - as though banning filth like that is or was part of some devious plot against you. Very classy.
Even more evidence of your illness and, again, something I find amusing - I shouldn't laugh at the afflicted, I know - but I'm as far away from being angry at such a poor sod as you - in all senses of the word - as is possible.
That's all.

As long as terms of entry are agreed and consensual then withdrawal is at their leisure.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 11:27 amWill they need their own withdrawal agreement ?

No "hate" or "love" on my part. This is a message board, predominantly football related. This is a thread to celebrate the UK leaving the EU. Only a minority bother reading political threads. Given , we left last friday its already dated and pretty much redundant as a discussion.Volvoclaret wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 11:25 amCome on Eddie and Ringo, this I hate you but secretly love you bromance has been going on long enough. Having lost the arguement, Eddie has been reduced to posting links connected to autism. On a thread where , at most, a handful of other posters will be actually be bothered to read now.
No "love" or "hate" , as you can see by my laughing emojis, just pure and simple, mocking at his combination of barely concealed anger, frustration and total lack of self awareness.
I'm more than happy to bow out now. But if Eddie wants to continue to post his, self awareness lacking , guff I'm just as happy to continue mocking!

I'm not sure there is or was an argument, your illness and your obsession is clear for all to see. The autism website will back that claim up.
Again, not taking the pi$$, just pointing it out.
Anger, frustration, lacking self-awareness, he says. Ooh, the irony. At least I've never been banned or threatened anyone.
I'm more than happy to leave the sad sack alone in his fantasy kingdom and continue the board conversations which matter.
No doubt his denial of any mental problems will continue but that's his lookout.
Come on, you Seagulls!

I'm quite happy to leave the poor prick alone with his illness.
No doubt his denial will continue but that's his lookout.
Come on, you Seagulls!
