Arsenal - My hopes

Post by HunterST_BFC » Sat Feb 01, 2020 2:31 am

Simple.
Arsenal - My hopes are we finally beat them (in recent history).

I feel we have been robbed of more points by,
lucked out against more by and been cheated out of more points than any other team in the PL.

Surely it's time.

To me this is huge. (I'm still loving the last two PL results).

But please cap this off!

Tough game. Hope its three points, of course, but...

1-1 Which I'll be happy with.

Not really playing them at the best time. Arteta has got them going and they seem to be improving. So a tough game and a draw would be a decent result. On the other hand a win would be simply brilliant. The Man U game certainly took some pressure off

I think it it is a good time to play them.

They do have some brilliant players but the new manager " bounce" has passed & they are in transition.

We will have to defend as per Man Utd, but can certainly take them on in short bursts when the game is running our way.

They are coming here in February with the same number of points as us. Make no mistake, this is an Arsenal side that can be beaten. Mikel Arteta has certainly made an impact, but some of their recent results point to definite vulnerabilities.

I would expect the game to finish with each side taking a point, but really I hope tomorrow is the day we give them a long overdue spoonful of their own medicine.

If you're relying on refs or VAR, forget it.

In our PL time Arsenal are the side that really do get all the decisions.
