Name the 3
Morning, with West Ham looking like they’re going to implode, Bournemouth winning two on the trot, plus the other melees happening and there’s always one team to drop like a stone. I’m just wondering, who everyone thinks, which three are for the drop? Plus who do you think will replace them?

I’d love Brighton to go....
After that, not bothered, but villa going again might cause them a few problems.
Bournemouth. Nowt against them really other than them being bankrolled.

West Ham’s next fixtures look a bit daunting, starts with away games at Man City and then at Liverpool.

Re: Name the 3
Any three from 31 points down but Norwich very likely and then any other 2 including us. Obviously the fewer the points a team presently have the more likely they are to go but you never know in this league.

We’re not out of it yet. After today we. Have what everyone would see as more winnable games over the next run. Could do with picking up a win or two in Feb.

I Would love
West Ham
Bournemouth
Brighton
But I think it will be
Bournemouth
Aston Villa
Norwich
But to be honest if we end the season 4th bottom or above I don't give **** who goes down.

18. West Ham

20. Norwich
Promo far too close to call. Happy if Leeds bottle it.

Re: Name the 3
It's been a really strange season, with a lot of the bottom teams picking up points at the most unlikely places, including us.
We need 2 wins, I can't imagine we would lose all the other 12 games, so 2 wins could be enough.
Norwich are gone.
I don't think Bournemouth are safe, their 2 wins have come in matches they always had a good chance of winning. Along with West Ham they have a tough set of fixtures coming up. If they don't pull a rabbit out of the hat during them, they could both be too far behind when the easier games come along.
Dealing with the pressure is crucial, and Brighton have shown enough fight and quality to survive.
Watford are poor, but have too much quality to go down, and in Deeney have someone to fire them up on the pitch.
Villa look like their mini revival has hit the rocks, what a bloody difference a win against them would have made to both our situations, then again maybe we needed it to wake us up.
So along with Norwich, it's 2 of Hammers, Villa and B'mouth.
If someone is going to plummet and land in the bottom 3 then I'd say Palace are the most likely.

Norwich - too many points to make up
West Ham - hardest fixtures to come
And either Villa (just not good enough) or Watford (poor defence and new manage syndrome wearing off)

Would love to see Brighton, West Ham and Villa go but as Norwich are probably gone, I'd settle for two of those to go with them.
Re: Name the 3
I would love to see the "Watery Eyed Git" Moyes take West Ham back down
Norwich are struggling and cannot see them getting out of it (ala Leicester in 2014/15)
Perm any 2 from Villa, Watford, Bournemouth, Brighton and West Ham

Re: Name the 3
Who I would like to see going down & who I think will go down are two different views.
I would like to see Watford relegated as I don't like Pearson. Similarly, I would like to see West Ham go as I don't like anything about them apart from Moyes. Add Brighton to that list and that's my 3 likes.
However I think it will be Norwich, whom I would like to see stay up, Villa & Bournemouth.

Results are often gained on the back of previous ones. I doubt we would have had back to back wins against Leicester & Man U. had we beaten Villa and perhaps drawn with Chelsea.Colburn_Claret wrote: ↑Sun Feb 02, 2020 11:02 amVilla look like their mini revival has hit the rocks, what a bloody difference a win against them would have made to both our situations, then again maybe we needed it to wake us up.

The O/P also asks, 'Who do you think will replace them?' Try picking 3 from the top of the Championship, it's almost impossible! It's as if no-one wants promotion. Wouldn't even rule the B@stards who are hovering there or there abouts.

Norwich, Villa and Bournemouth for me. Personally would like Brighton, Watford and West Ham to stay up if only for ease of travel to away games.
West Brom, Fulham and Brentford to come up please! With Leeds failing in the play off final.

Re: Name the 3
West Ham(defence like a sieve, and lack the bottle for a relegation fight, yesterday being a prime example).
Villa (i sense the League Cup final curse striking again, they lack firepower, and are missing important 1st teamers, heavily reliant on Grealish who's carrying them single-handed)
Norwich(they play pretty stuff, but just don't have the nous or quality to get out of trouble.
As for who emerges from the Chump,Leeds and WBA are doing their best to make it interesting, but the chasing pack can't take advantage.
Leeds
Wba
And hopefully BC through the play-offs.

Want it to be Villa, West Ham and Brighton but it'll probably end up being Norwich, Watford and Bournemouth.
To come up I'd like Brentford, Bristol and Preston (the part of me not wanting Preston to ever come up wants Notts Forest to come up instead)

West Ham, their next 7 games are horrendous, can't see them winning any of them at the moment.
Villa, watched them vs Bournemouth yesterday and they were awful
Norwich, been down for a while.

Re: Name the 3
Would like it to be West ham and villa because their fans, like Leeds, think they have a divine right to be in the top division. Sick of hearing them bleat on about it.
