I feel slightly harsh with those marks as it was such a good display apart from actually putting the ball in the net.

Happy but frustrated in equal measure.

I thought that was our best performance of the season.
We made a very good group of internationals look ordinary.
If Jay had scored it would have been 10s all round.

I'd have taken a point at 2.00 so it seems churlish to say I'm rather disappointed. but after the first 20 minutes we really did play well and make some golden chances. TBF, so did they, but as a rule we make 3 chances a game and score 2, so to make about 15 and score none is SO unlike us! Another point on the road to safety and an excellent performance to boot, but we have to factor in that this Arsenal side really are extremely pedestrian and don't in any way stand out as any different or any better than any other mid to lower PL team we've had at the Turf this season. And what the hell is Guendouzy (SP) playing at at the end??? We totally outplayed them for long periods, including the vast majority of the second half, and to suggest we're simply a rugby outfit he just showed himself up!! (IMO)

Everything about today was pretty much spot on other than the finishing

Different level to first half against Villa when we looked clueless

Jay Rod is looking top fit at the moment - outstanding today and at Old Trafford

Could not agree more. We are a different and better team with him.

A very very good performance where we made the opposition look very poor indeed. But for sone wayward to having we would be sitting happily above them. We will play worse and win

Pope 7 - safe, sure and decent distribution too
Lowton 9 - outstanding
Mee 8 - solid but distribution a tad iffy
Tarks 9 - a rock
Taylor 9 (mom) - brilliant defensively and really terrorised them going forward
Hendrick 8 - good performance but probably should have scored witj one of his chances
Westwood 9 - superb
Cork 9 - excellent performance
McNeill 8 - up and down a bit - over complicated things in the 2nd half
JayRod 9 - great performance but should have won it
Wood 9 - superb again. Starting to link up well with Jay.

Best home performance since I can't remember when. Used to think Arsenal were a class act but I'll reserve judgement after this show and their on field antics and some of the whinging from Arteta. Anyway back to us. Thanks SD, we certainly mixed it yesterday. More please.

Pope 8-Another clean sheet, you can do no more.
Lowton 9-Exceptional
Tarkowski 9-Wouldn't swap him for any other CD in PL. I'm sure he must have impressed the Arsenal scouting network.
Mee 9-Another courageous, battling performance.
Taylor 9-Must be close to an England call up.
Hendrick 7-He got through a lot of work as usual but too often the end product is missing for me.
Westwood 9-Full of energy and instrumental in driving us forward in the second half.
Cork 8-Some suggesting the new lad will replace JC, not anytime soon imo.
McNeil 8-One of his better games this season.
Rodriguez 9*-Pity he missed the golden chance but overall he was brilliant. What we have been missing.
Wood 9-Worked tirelessly and gave their back 4 all sorts of problems.

Second half was INMHO the best football we have played this season. We were brilliant.

Pope 9 - he’s better than Pickford. And who noticed a great first half Pickford style volley kick out ? His kicking is improving - and more importantly for us he doesn’t make those errors most other keepers do with their kicking that cost their team goals.
Lowton 9 - MoM. Great game. That cross in the second half was 2 centimetres from being the ball of the season.
Tarkowski 9 - great game and great tackle
Mee 9 - top defensive performance
Taylor 9 - has to be near to the England squad. Other than Chilwell (who has actually gone off a bit last few weeks) who has had a better season than Charlie in terms of English left backs ?
McNeill 9 - thought he was great - both in the centre and out side.
Westwood 8
Cork 8
Hendrick 8
Wood 8
Jay Rod 9 - he’s become the main man these last few games. Our defenders and midfielders now have a new outlet and are pinging passes into his feet which Jay is coming deep for. His control and touch are great and he’s integral to us being able to play this way.

Pope - 8 comfortable and assured.

Lowton - 8 did very well

Tarkowski - 9 MOM

Mee - 8 only losing a point for his passing which was junk at times and so nearly played us into trouble but he was defensively excellent

Taylor - 9 what a player he turning into......England call awaits......

Westwood - 9 everywhere

Cork - almost everywhere

Hendrick - 8 decent game

McNeil - 9 very good

Wood - 8

Rodriguez - 9 Great hols play and composure- how did he miss that open goal..........

we should have beaten them

The best 0-0 I can remember and was absolutely gutted we didn't put a chance away.

Mc Neil 8
Jay 8

I was impressed with everyone yesterday and Charlie Taylor combining with Dwight McNeil was a joy to watch at times.

Lowton potentially had a nightmare task with Aubameyang playing wide but I think one move aside in each half played him very well.

Tarky and Ben Mee were outstanding again with Tarks just shading MOM for me helped by that brilliant denial in the box when taking the ball clean off Aubameyang's toes.
