Absolutely full of them again today. Bumped into quite a few post match including one from California who had been working in Manchester and decdides to come watch us. Said it was an incredible experience and was taking aroun eight strips back for his kids and friends who he said will now be Burnley fans and will come over in the future.

Brilliant to see and something the club need to keep encouraging.

We are the perfect team for American fans. The hard working team ethos sits well with the blue collar workers that form the core of sporting enthusiasts from the States.

Football viewership is increasing in America, especially amongst the younger demographic. One of the things that is limiting its uptake is all the diving and rolling over nonsense. That doesn't sit well with Americans, because they rightly look upon it as cheating, which makes it harder for them to buy into the sport.

Dyche would receive far more support from the other side of the pond in his objections to it. Maybe we should send him over on a promotion tour in the off season. Support Burnley, we don't dive, we work hard and we have delightful dry humour.

We also have a proud history that stretches way back and an old school stadium that speaks of tradition and affords them an experience that can't be found at the big modern edifices.

Saw a whole bunch of Eastern European’s kitted out in loads of Burnley gear. The PL is beemed worldwide. Need to make the most of the marketing opportunities.

I’ve said before. All of our differences - small, old stadium, punching above our weight (now and historically), stadium location, British squad, location etc should all be used to our advantage and try and use that to generate interest abroad. Both fans and investors.

It’s a unique club. With perhaps only sheff Utd similar to us.

I’ve read this before. But being non nfl fan I don’t quite understand the reference. Assume it’s a working class over performing club?

small working class town that likes to get one over it's richer big city neighbours - relatively little money, ncredible history and a record of innovation -
