Post match twitter meltdown thread
There is usually some pure comedy gold out there from disgruntled away fans on social media.
Thought it would be worthwhile sharing these to spread the happiness - here are a few to start us off - any more?

The assumption by these clubs that they have a divine right to beat us makes
me sick to my stomach.

Re: Post match twitter meltdown thread
I never noticed the pitch tbh.
Until I watched the highlights this morning and thought it looked a bit worn. Hadn't seen the claims it was long grass but makes sense now
Weirdly we passed it about well on it.

It's more clever than that.
Not only did we leave the grass long, but we also combed it so that the arsenal players could only play the ball sideways and backwards.

Re: Post match twitter meltdown thread
What’s really clever, is how we managed to play only on grass that had been trimmed, and they struggled to find it.
And we didn’t water the pitch. Bloody hell Mikel, it’s February in Burnley. There is only wet....

The grass was dry because their football didn't turn it on.
Otherwise, we'd have had moist grass.

If we'd watered the grass, they'd have got all wet and muddy diving & rolling around on it.......they're a joke!

It’s just been reported that the Arsenal players who played on Sunday are being treated for fertiliser poisoning due to rolling about on it so much.......
Re: Post match twitter meltdown thread
Watching Arsenal is similar to watching grass grow.
