Bristol City v Brum

Post by tiger76 » Fri Feb 07, 2020 9:05 pm

2-1 to the visitors, after Bristol took a 1st minute lead,Nakhi's on the bench bizarrely, yet again one of the chasers letting Leeds off the hook, think Nakhi will be on soon.

Big week for leeds; they play Forest, Brentford and Bristol. Fan I work with is fearing the worst. Hope he's right.

Cracking goal from the Juke great touch and then dinks the keeper from a tight angle.
He made the goal from nothing.

Feel like Bristol City are a decent central midfielder away from being a good side

Pleased for juke. Made a good career for himself after a tough time here. Hope nakhi does the same.

Juke is a good lad. Always remember the Clarets Player comms against Derby when Shackell scored the o.g. Almost wet himself laughing - brilliant!

Lukey Juke didn't have much luck with us to be fair and I still think he'd have been a big player for us in the 2015/16 promotion season had he not got the cruciate injury.

And where better to reach 100 league and cup goals than Ashton Gate, exactly where his Burnley career really came to an end when he suffered that injury late in the game there.
