Backgammon and similar games

Post by jdrobbo » Tue Feb 11, 2020 5:45 pm

I’ve just been telling was my friend that I hate backgammon. Oh, and draughts too. He said "Hate chess too?" I said, "Don't even get me started on that high-speed rail project."

I were walking the dog along the canal earlier on today. Then the stupid thing decides to jump in, only it couldn’t get back out. Luckily a passing german tourist saw and jumped in to get him out. He said that he’ll be ok once dried off. I said “Aah thank you, are you a vet?”, “Vet?!” He replied, “Vet, I’m ******* soaking”

“Are you a pole vaulter?”
“No, I am German and my name is Hans.”
