Maybe all new signings have to take part in some sort of satanic initiation ceremony down at Gawthorpe, to prove their loyalty to "THE GROUP"?

They have to show they can change a tyre on a JCB and get a tattoo on their bicep of a british bulldog (the end of so many a la Vydra, Gibson, Wells)

It's a bit late to be thinking after having spent some serious dosh on the lad. The ability
for group to rub off on him should be a given.
