If it is not from natural causes that is really sad news (it is even if from natural causes) but when it isn't it is just awfulness on already awful.
Was at a funeral yesterday of a colleague who ended his life, 62 years of age with youngish daughters, wife and his ageing parents walking behind his coffin; just shocking.

She made a mistake but I do think the press have a lot to answer for, they absolutely hounded her.

Not a fan of love island but know who she is and she's obviously had a few issues recently. Was genuinely shocked when I saw the news though. Just goes to show money and fame isn't everything.

Such sad news, what a waste of a life.

Why cant people just be nice to each other?
Because whether you think you're having "banter:, or "they are idiots so fair game" its costing young people their lives.

See it on her daily, why on earth would you want to try and degrade, belittle or abuse any human over a difference of opinion I'll never know

Yes but to be fair, nothing to do with ITV or live island this.

press, trolls and to s lesser extent police have a lot to answer for

But all the attention comes from being involved with Love Island. Young people desperately seeking fame but then aren't able to cope with it when it arrives, or can't cope when their 5 minutes in the limelight is over.
As well as being hounded by the gutter press and social media trolls.

The press destroyed her before she even got to trial, ITV washed their hands with her too and the charges against her went ahead despite the alleged victim (her boyfriend) not wanting to press charges. Talk about innocent until proven guilty.....

More than one reliable source would describe her as a violent nut job, but it’s still sad that she’s taken her own life.

Occasionally on this board, someone dies and people are respectful.
More often than not though it just becomes like any thread with petty point scoring and crass comments.
A sad day for this young lady and her family and friends. RIP Caroline.

Firstly & foremost RIP for the woman, it's quite concerning if that's true, don't know much if anything about love island, but seems to be a nightmare island for some of them if the involvement with the programme is reducing people to suicide.

I think she had the attention before LI tbh, and has had more than 5 minutes if fame.

Police now have powers to continue pressing charges if there's sufficient evidence even if the "victim" doesn't want too.

Sad way to go , though after allegedly trying to kill her bf with a brass lamp ( looked a right bloodbath)and losing her job over the pending case guess it got too much . Though for a balance her agency paid a big red top a lot of money to keep her name in a positive light
