Feel sorry for him? No. But he wasn't going to turn down money to spend, and regardless he still did a great job with Bournemouth getting them to where they are. So I don't get any vitriol towards him. That said I do want them to stay up, as our record against them is superb! Would much prefer villa and wet spam, as sooner or later you'd have thought they'll get their act together.

I feel sorry for every football manager under scrutiny. Yeah you get the money for it but can you imagine the pressure?
I feel nervous enough at games, can't imagine feeling worse.

I agree with superdimitri.
I also think Eddie did a good job for us, with some excellent buys. He seems an honest, straightforward sort of guy. I’d much sooner see AV and WHU go down..
