Not necessarily. He could well have left his deposit elsewhere and let the flies do the rest...

Poor kid. Still, there'll be plenty of trust funds being set up in Seychelles for it.

Boris is said to have washed his hands of his other kids while singing Happy Birthday (twice).

Re: Congratulations to Boris
Surely that's how it spelled really?
Well he's a man of the people. Working class extraordinaire! I've seen the commy hat he wears and scrubby clothes!
He'd never have something as upper-middle class and pretentious as a "Y" in his name when an "I" would suffice, surely?!
Re: Congratulations to Boris
How liberal and nice calling an unborn child a simpleton and making fun of people's appearance.
Fantastic force of contradiction by the lovely left wing self righteous.

Let the lefties on here get on with their name calling and simple jokes about Boris, that's all they have left at the moment, the man has an 80 seat majority and will be running the country for the next five, possibly ten years. No doubt there will be comments about him being a racist and a liar soon....I absolutely love to listen/read their vitriolic abuse of Boris, what else can they do?
Re: Congratulations to Boris
They could start by trying to live by their own ethical and moral code they keep portraying themselves to have.
Re: Congratulations to Boris
IMO Johnson is a racist and liar

IMO you probably think everyone who voted leave is a racist so your tunnel vision opinion is pretty worthless.

Johnson did a good thing this week, by the way. We'll see a return / increase of onshore wind farms.

Aye well, you carry on, lad.
Vino blanco reckons Johnson will be running the country for "the next five, possibly ten years". Not a chance. He and Dom the Dwarf will have fooked up long before then, I suspect. We'll see.

Classy. Start off with complaining about people being offensive. Finish off with a homophobic insult.

Re: Congratulations to Boris
Where are the mods when you need them ? Then again, we do have a poster or two who have previous in this area. Perhaps he/they could enlighten us as to what is homophobic or otherwise...
Re: Congratulations to Boris
How is it homophobic? I really don't understand. If you can explain how the comment is in the slightest offensive or homophobic I will take the time to defend it.
Re: Congratulations to Boris
Why should I explain a comment that makes no references to any poster in particular of whoms gender and sexuality is unknown to me. Explain I made an innocent assumption somebody had a boyfriend who you don't even know the gender of in 2020. I am offended you think it is homophobic. Where are the mods.
You absolute duck egg.

Why are you trying to be clever and defend your homophobic comment ?Bfcboyo wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2020 2:31 pmWhy should I explain a comment that makes no references to any poster in particular of whoms gender and sexuality is unknown to me. Everybody on this thread knows exactly what you meant. Trying to justify it and pretend it was an innocent remark is f’in embarrassing.
Re: Congratulations to Boris
We are not really progressing here . What did I mean seems that you are in the depths of my thoughts. There is nothing malicious in my post so if you want to pretend to be offended would you care to explain what it is I have done?
I'm embarrassed I genuinely am.
For you thinking you know other people's thoughts.

Given you'd quoted someone it was fairly clear which poster it was in reference to.Bfcboyo wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2020 2:31 pmWhy should I explain a comment that makes no references to any poster in particular of whoms gender and sexuality is unknown to me. Clearly you're aware too given your pathetic squirming rather than just holding your hands up. At least you may think twice in the future.
Re: Congratulations to Boris
There was no quote so that is the first lie. Pathetic squirming isn't my style I'd think that would be more your thing considering your political stance.
I wont need to think twice now I have your little gang here doing all the thinking for me.

No being in the depth of your thoughts
No reading between the lines
Just everybody knowing very clearly exactly what you meant simply because its a homophobic comment that is very easy to recognise.
But you carry on trying to be clever....it’s just making you look even more stupid.
Re: Congratulations to Boris
I sometimes hate when threads are pulled for racism, homophobia etc because it gives a reprieve for the weirdos embarrassing themselves in public by doing things like insinuating in a pejorative context that individuals are gay, embarrassing themselves by wrapping up in a shawl labelled 'fishing' or 'owning' or 'triggering', and embarrassing themselves by typing words like "whoms". It'd be better if people behaving this way were forced to carry the embarrassment that comes with their comments rather than sink so low as to make an entire thread be pulled.
Drape your words in a bogus veil of civility and sincerity all you like, Bfcboyo, but you've told everyone something about yourself today.

It would be terrible for such a lovely informative thread to be pulled. Wind ones spiralling neck back in as they would say on the terraces.
Re: Congratulations to Boris
Btw no one has been able to explain how the comment was in anyway homophobic.Spiral wrote: ↑Wed Mar 04, 2020 3:06 pmI sometimes hate when threads are pulled for racism, homophobia etc because it gives a reprieve for the weirdos embarrassing themselves in public by doing things like insinuating in a pejorative context that individuals are gay, embarrassing themselves by wrapping up in a shawl labelled 'fishing' or 'owning' or 'triggering', and embarrassing themselves by typing words like "whoms".
