Oh the ref he ain’t nothin’
His decisions mean less
The coaching he went through
Was far from the best
He thinks he’s performing
The laws to abide
But we know we will win more
With VAR on our side.

Now that is not a bad effort (I didn't know which Dylan song until I saw the last line).
Actually you just made me want to listen to the song - haven't heard it for years. Manfred Mann did a fine version of it as well I recall.
