Are you trying to kill yourself?
to be fair, I do use a lot of healthy stuff...low fat spreads instead of butter, and often use brown bread for the toast...and I actually tend to grill the bacon. I've also quit fried bread. Semi skimmed milk in the coffee too.

Porridge with a spoonful of strawberry jam during the week with coffee.

Bagel with smoked salmon at weekends, or granola.

Full monty breakfast every morning at 8. The works...sausage, bacon, fried eggs, black pud, toast, shrooms..brown sauce.. (no beans)..lots of coffee and happen a biscuit or two.
Then two hours minmum with dog round shorelne..back for a snooze before having lunch in the pub (mon-fri) with a couple of pints and a broadsheet to read .
So why did you choose fatboy as your username then ;) :)

Porridge has amazing health benefits and I have mine with 4 prunes,a banana and some muesli mixed in. I excercise most mornings so a good source of slow release energy.

That’s what I’d like to do but don’t think it’s physically possible. When I worked away from home breakfasts got smaller by the day, usually started with a good hot breakfast & by Friday it was toast and coffee.
I suppose there’s a clue in your username though ;)

I often go in 'spoons for Friday breakfast and it's funny watching all the binmen ordering Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale.

I don’t eat breakfast. Usually don’t eat anything until 1pm. I have a few coffees to keep me going. That’s why it’s known as the least important meal of the day.
Like you Riley, except for the coffee.....as I've got older I find I just eat when I'm hungry but never been able to face breakfast.

Simple.

Because nobody wants to start a match day with blueberries and pumpkin seeds!
