to be fair, I do use a lot of healthy stuff...low fat spreads instead of butter, and often use brown bread for the toast...and I actually tend to grill the bacon. I've also quit fried bread. Semi skimmed milk in the coffee too.

Porridge with a spoonful of strawberry jam during the week with coffee.
Bagel with smoked salmon at weekends, or granola.

Re: Breakfast
Porridge has amazing health benefits and I have mine with 4 prunes,a banana and some muesli mixed in. I excercise most mornings so a good source of slow release energy.

Re: Breakfast
That’s what I’d like to do but don’t think it’s physically possible. When I worked away from home breakfasts got smaller by the day, usually started with a good hot breakfast & by Friday it was toast and coffee.fatboy47 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 05, 2020 9:18 amFull monty breakfast every morning at 8. I suppose there’s a clue in your username though

I often go in 'spoons for Friday breakfast and it's funny watching all the binmen ordering Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale.

Like you Riley, except for the coffee.....as I've got older I find I just eat when I'm hungry but never been able to face breakfast.
