They had something to cry about. Shocking decision and not reviewable.

Re: Poor Liverpool
Looked like a foul to me. Clear push in the back.

Re: Poor Liverpool
It wasn’t body to body Wilson’s arm was up and in Gomez back so a foul
But the winter break that Jurgen wanted hasn’t really worked out as they wanted

Re: Poor Liverpool
Regardless of the shove in the back, why was the scorer not flagged offside? Final ball was played forward and the 2 Bournemouth players were in front of the defence. Have they changed the rules again?Tricky Trevor wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 12:45 pmThey had something to cry about. Shocking decision and not reviewable.

I tended to ignore that...now that was a strange one.bob-the-scutter wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 1:05 pmRegardless of the shove in the back, why was the scorer not flagged offside? Wilson was behind the ball when it was crossed.bob-the-scutter wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 1:05 pmRegardless of the shove in the back, why was the scorer not flagged offside? Final ball was played forward and the 2 Bournemouth players were in front of the defence. Have they changed the rules again?

I don't want Bournemouth to go down - we generally do well against them.

Re: Poor Liverpool
Wasn’t offside as Wilson was behind Lerma when he played the ball backbob-the-scutter wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 1:05 pmRegardless of the shove in the back, why was the scorer not flagged offside? Re: Poor Liverpool
Just been making a fuss about a late offside from the lino. He should have kept his flag down 4 were offside but Billing headed the ball and he wasn’t.

Re: Poor Liverpool
You can’t be offside if you come from behind the ball at the pass. This happens every week.bob-the-scutter wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 1:25 pmNo......the ball was played forward and both attackers were in front of the defence!

Re: Poor Liverpool
Same as always - 3rd place bottles it when they have a chance of closing in on top 2.
It's laughable how predictable it is.

As long as you’re behind the ball when played you’re not offsidebob-the-scutter wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 1:25 pmNo......the ball was played forward and both attackers were in front of the defence!

Re: Poor Liverpool
Sympathy for B’mouth and their injury record. This is what could do for us eventually. We have proved we can handle the occasional one but a full blown spate of them might prove very difficult to overcome.

Re: Poor Liverpool
On target to win the title against Man City - kind of appropriate I terms of hand over - but 5th of April is very early for a top flight title win

Re: Poor Liverpool
The mini crisis is over at Anfield then i presume, they weren't great today, but once again got the result, how often has that been said this season.
If Liverpool have got problems with a 25 point lead, and a 100% home record, then there's not much hope for the rest of the league.
The only threat to their 1st PL title is the Coronavirus outbreak worsening significantly, and endangering the completion of the fixtures.
I'm aware it was Anfield, but yet again Bournemouth couldn't hold on to a lead, that's their achilles heel, and it could yet prove fatal in their relegation battle.

Agreed but that wouldn’t be close to Eddies defence if they were all available.
