He is too small and his arms are too short to be a decent keeper.

It's so much fun watching that poser picking the ball out of his net...step up Nicolas Pope.

Anybody else thought Lord Beamish would have posted this picture on here as a reply to Vino's post Pickford on the red carpet

Re: Pickford watch
Sorry Steve but Pickford is a 'Tag Heur' bit like the one I bought on Fethiye Market in Turkey 7 years ago ...
It looked good, felt right, but the hands stopped working 20 minutes after putting it on....

seriously, ball drops 4 yards out from a cross - simply doesn't come for crosses

Re: Pickford watch
Leaving all Burnley bias aside, Pickford only had a chance with the first goal which he should have saved. He's not to blame every time the ball hits the back of his net.

Re: Pickford watch
Even if he isn't picked for England Pope still won't be No 1. On MOTD they were waxing lyrical over Hendersons double stop at the end of the game despite the fact he'd hardly had anything to do all game. Wouldn't surprise me to see him played ahead of Pope because he's a Man U media darling.

My thought is that this is first proper season. Let the guy mature. In too early and they lose it....like Picktheballoutofnet.
Include in squad but Pope number one by a street.
Re: Pickford watch
Pickford is average and not good enough for England
He's behind Pope and Henderson IMHO.

Re: Pickford watch
I think you bought one of those Tog Heur watches!
Looks like the real thing but an arm short, making an O instead of an a!
Re: Pickford watch
Pope will never be Southgates no 1 ,because of his distribution
Re: Pickford watch
That young Billy Gilmour in midfield was fantastic. Completely ran that game. Made it look easy.
Re: Pickford watch
I had a Pickford watch but threw it away. It couldn't keep...time.
