The Athletic podcast - “Sean Dyche’s Burnley - it’s a long PASS not a long BALL”

Some of you will be familiar with The Athletic, who seemed to scoop up all the UK’s football writers not too long ago.

They produce a lot of content and one I listen to weekly is Michael Cox’s Zonal Marking podcast. They tend to go in depth on tactics and have covered subjects such as away goals counting double, the new goalkick rule, Ancellotti’s effect on Everton and how the 7-1 defeat affected Brazilian football.

Anyway ..... this week’s is on Burnley and Dyche’s tactics. Cox is a bit on the fence with us - sometimes he’s positive, sometimes he goes after us - and I’ve not listened to it yet. It will be an in depth and interesting listen though and can be found at all places you get your podcasts from.
