Lanzarote airport webcam
Lanzarote airport webcam
Plenty of Jet2 , ryanair and easyjet aircraft still landing on the island. Must be flying in empty to pick people up to take them home.

Essential viewing when there is no sport to watch. Scroll down the page on the link and see the flightradar.
Great sound when aircraft take off.
Mirror to your TV and it's a great live screensaver.

Think they are flying empty just to keep their slots open, unless the government has relaxed things.

Re: Lanzarote airport webcam
There is also a webcam covering the beach in Puerto del Carmen.
In January I was there, posted on the webcam page to pan to where I was on the beach and it did. Me in orange shorts, the miracles of modern technology.

I dread to think what I'll be up to in a few weeks, I'll be like that episode of breaking bad 'The Fly'

I have too much time on my hands now too and was looking at flightradar earlier and noticed lots of planes still flying to the US from all over Europe. Doesn’t make sense.

EU universities are asking those in the USA to come home because of how inadequate the USA is at handling this.

I think all Universities are asking students studying abroad to come home. US campuses are closing and they are telling foreign students they have to leave campus (making many homeless)ClaretAndJew wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 9:28 pmUSA citizens going home. European citizens going back.

That’s my sister, she is very good at balancing things on her head. Managed all our suitcases at the airport.Alanstevensonsgloves wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2020 8:10 amBloody hell mate, how big's your wife's blue sun hat?!
Re: Lanzarote airport webcam
Just got back from Lanzarote at 1 am this morning with easyJet, this was after having 2 flights cancelled at last minute!!! So it was third time lucky!
It was absolute chaos at the airport, people turning up not knowing if their flight was on or not, people having to go back to hotel they’d just checked out of!
Just glad I’ve managed to get home

A friend got back on a flight Madrid to Gatwick, yesterday. No checks at airport for virus and no advice given.
She has written to the MP!

Re: Lanzarote airport webcam
Only the usual checks at Lanzarote, and none at all at Manchester, straight through electronic passport control and customs
