dave is my home name and Manu is the name of a great sage as related in the Hindu epic Ramayana . so I added both as my email name .
Manu is not Manchester United as some tend to believe .

Considering taking my young family next year Dave, it will be with my partner and three young girls aged under 6.

Any recommendations for family hotels?

Always great to read your posts, Bhurdwaz.

How are things in Mauritius with coronavirus and covid-19? It would be great if there are some parts of the world that this pandemic is passing by.

I'm waiting for news on the Premier League's plans to complete the 2019-20 season.

I saw a report yesterday that Burnley are one of 4 PL clubs who's training grounds are still open.

There have been three cases .two young who worked in a ship for tourists returned hastily to Mauritius after catching this disease and one who returned from England was also a victim >The three died although the best available medicne was tendered

All three are imported .

Since this morning people are advised to stay at home . offices ans manufacturing factories are also losed . You can leave your house for a real purpose of otherwise you are fined . No sorting events ,no massive gathering even for prayers ,all educational institutional closed . Only the hospitals ,dispensaries and chemists. shops are open .The super markets are open but there is a great rush as people are buying consumable commodities . The things will remain so up to 30th April I presume .

A message to Burnley 1989 .
I may arrange for hotel accommodation .Some are quite expensive and other available at moderate rate say 170 pounds for a couple at half board . There are also lodges available at 20 pounds per couple with no food . Nearby restaurants are available . I may take you to visit some places of interest or we can rent a car at 20 pounds a whole day .nearby where I shall place you (TROU D'EAU Douce) there are very touristic islets to visit . You can swim at leisure and enjoy many aquatic sports . The best time to come is from Jan to April ans from October to June . i shall come to pick your family at the airport .

Hi, Dave. I was over with ColburnClaret for the same wedding. I put a message up on here for you but you must have missed it. We were on the West coast at Flic en Flac, so quite a distance from you. Next time we make it I’ll message you again. Stay safe.

You may choose any hotel . Some are expensive and oters affordable .All hotels provide a half board service . the meals are excellent . The services are all to please the customers . We have private lodges which are a stone' throw from the sea .they provide only lodging and the rate is 15 to 18 pounds per couple . They are very clean .restaurants are in the vicinity .

Hi Dave, glad you are keeping well , Burnley1989 Trou Deau douce is a nice little fishing village , we found a seafront villa with swimming big enough for 8 people there £50 per night. Dave arranged a hire car for us £20 per day.

Davemanu is definitely our man in Mauritius!

Given the choice of our Dave or the British Embassy, I think I would go to Davemanu for help!

Stay well.
