They just interviewed a British cyclist on 5 Live,he said the athletes can adapt,as long as they're informed well in advance,why the IOC haven't acted quicker IDK,the obvious answer is postponing for a year,ala the Euro's,there's no chance of these games happening in July,so make the call now,and at least everybody knows the score.
