Nope tried again, still cant find

Chiotis greek
Aghahowa Nigerian
Mark Kerr scottish
Kim Kallstrom sweedish
Jonas Lunden sweedish

Can you find those on your game?
I must have done it wrong, it's like a skeleton basic game without mantly foreign players it used to have.

If you have those and I dont it must be something I'm doing wrong, especially if Enty, Bordeaux etc have them :-(
Yes those players are there. The download file is identical (both are the same on the FM scout website). You can't be doing anything wrong in downloading or installing, so just select all leagues, with non running in the background, thats what I did. Back in the early 2000s a PC would have crawled with all the leagues selected but anything relatively modern will handle it easily.

If you are starting as Burnley the the Swedish U21 or is it U23 is not a bad place to look. I seem to remember a half decent Icelandic striker beginning with H that was b good. Also Peterborough has a few good early signings.
I dont want to give too much away, but now I've found the disk, hopefully can fully install and we can get a few together to start a game to see how we all do

I am beginning working from home tomorrow so my 2nd monitor could be used for this. I'll start as Burnley, what are the rules?

I'll start a thread tomorrow.
Thinking of running 6 leagues, Eng conference in background. just so theres more player choice but also allows for wider players to come through later in game.

Attribute masking on on NO

Be

England and conference
Germany
Itally
Holland
Scotland spain

Make sure in settings data is on maximum before you start too... that's what I had on minimum.

Dyche, if you want to start again you can. You might have started a little behind if not selected all that on the screen above.

I'll have 1 friendly v Accy 7 days before season. Between now n then my aim is to flog the whole squad, run with about 18-20 players

Once you start you fly through so it might be better writing it off now.

These are the tactics for success, that's what I think of the squad... 1 addition brought in. Hes great and will stay 6 seasons, plays right or left wing... be a star man for 3 seasons then great squad man

Must buys are Chiotis GK
LB Taribo West
Mike Duff RB
Kerr CM
Reid LW or RW
Said DCM.
Sekakovic sweedish Thorpe Bristol FC
ST Samba Millwsll or Georcelin Northampton

You'll basically guarantee promotion

I put the 2019/20 patch on mine, might uninstall and join you guys on the 'burnley off' with the original.

Panagotis tachidis (spelling?) - c/m.
Some Swedish youths good to get also. There was a Portuguese striker I used to get j Pedro or something. Also another striker, pinda or something.

Morning Champers ( see what I did there )
I'll set up a brand new thread around 9 for those who want to participate in a champ off being Burnley on 01/02 edition.
Anyone playing other versions feel free to chip in too.

I'll put the settings on, then if everyone starts with the same leagues running etc, we should be good.

Hoping a few join, new and old players so player tips, tactics, and advice how to raise money etc will be available if unsure.

It's a decent speed game so once you've done the first pre season it's quite quick and easy from there.

Any questions regards downloading it etc ask on here before we go live on the other thread, then it's a fresh clean start so people srent lost in the waffle.

See you in a couple if hours

Ended up blasting through the season.

Sacked at Burnley after a 3 win streak just before Christmas got me off the bottom and out if the relegation zone.

Didn’t get a job again until 1 game left with Aston Villa.

I found that if I ran the download of the game again, followed by downloading the patch again it worked.
The saved games were still there.

Finished first season 2nd to Man City. 112 goals scored, 65 between jaoa paiva, to Madeira and dunwell with kallstrom chipping in. 70 conceded though. Signed Marvin Andrews and Risp to tighten it up at the back. Moukoko on a free back up and Choitis No1 this season. Plenty of bids in. Busy busy summer.

I started at Barcelona finished 5th with no signings and gone on to win 3 leagues, 1 champions league, 3 cups and extra things like european super cup etc

I know starting there makes it easier but had a massive clear out and just bought players who were superstars in real life rather than the game superstars, well 1 or 2

Current 11 is
Valdes
Puyal
Terry
Nesta
Fernando
Xabi alonso
Pirlo
Kaka/ Joe Cole
Gerard/xavi (not that gerrad)
Ronaldinho
Ibramimovic/Saviola
