Brilliant... Brought back memories of Dubai in February last year when our plane was delayed 24hrs due to a tech problem, so Virgin took us all off to various hotels.
In the one we were in (a Ramada Inn) when we got settled into the room we went down to the Bar, and up behind the Bar was a TV showing Brighton v Burnley it was still the 1st half so I settled in and watched us win 3-1 ... definitely made up for sitting in Dubai Airport for 8 hours .

Had 5 nights in Dubai on the way back from Phuket just before all this pandemic malarkey started....a strange place really, incredible buildings, malls and the old town where building work continues at a pace.
The real concern was the price of things.......particularly beer!!!!

Did enjoy that i must say .
But i do hope that i never visit Dubai again as it was just hummmmm "Plastic" is the best way to discribe it .
