Low impact indoor exercise (video)

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone knew of a low-impact exercise routine that was available online (YouTube) that could be good for those not able to get out and about once a day? I know Joe Wicks does one for the youngsters, but this would be far too much. It really does need to be low impact.


Not asking for myself. Thankfully I’m still able to get out and do my run...for now!

It might be of help to others on here who are very much confined to an indoor environment.
