FA: 2019-2020 SEASON CANCELLED

FA will announce at 10pm today, the cancellation of the 2019-2020 Season. No promotions or relegations. No champions.

1) Im sure this is an April Fools

2) Were this to happen, would it protect the Premier League etc from TV money rebate claims as they were prevented from fulfilling the fixtures?

Got to admit it got me. Never even realised the date until someone pointed it out :lol:

I really don't want this to be the course they take and as thing stand I don't think it will be.

They won't take this decision for another 2 months yet IMO and that is only if things don't look any better by then, which I expect they will (hopefully).

This season will be completed imo
Otherwise there would be massive number of legal cases by clubs which would mean next season would be held up indefinitely
