Bass player with Fountains of Wayne ... remember Stacey’s Mom, died of complications caused by Covid 19 at 52 years of age.

Very sad. FoW are/were a great guitar pop band who really know how to write a good hook. This is their finest hour for me :

Sad news.

Fountains Of Wayne, in my opinion provided some of best hook-laden pop of the 90's and 00's.
