I'm really looking forward to this. If Burnley do score I hope that I don't get elbowed in the head by the celebrations of the guy next to me ....... as might have happened if this game had been played in 2014.

I'm hoping Fr. Lupton does the christening in 'record breaking time' so we can get to the social club next door and make my granddaughter cry when the final whistle blows. It could happen.

Since 1978 I've travelled up from the South to the place of misery 4 or 5 times:

- sometimes stayed over, before or after depending on kick off time, sometimes driven home same evening/night.
- sometimes travelling there on the enforced and dilapidated noddy bus,
- the match experience: grim.

Every time it's been the same story: a bloody fool's errand.

20 years on, ******** to it, never putting myself through all that again.

In the times I have set foot in the cess pit that is BollEwood, I have never given them a penny more than yes price of a ticket. No programme. No pie. No pint.
